We've created a helpful utility for tracking which of your players have paid for the entries and which have not. However, please keep in mind that this is entirely manual on your part - we do not "detect" that a player has paid and update this for you, as all payments are processed outside of the SBPS site.
If you want to change the Paid status of a box or player (if they own multiple boxes), there are two ways to do this. Both ways are done via the Players page within your Contest Settings page.
Marking Players as Paid from the Squares View
Near the top of the Players page, you'll find a simple view of your Contest Squares.
Simply click on any of the boxes within the Contest Grid and you'll be given options, including the option to mark the squares as paid or unpaid. Additionally, you'll be able to mark all of that Player's squares as paid or unpaid at one time, if that player went ahead and paid for all of their boxes. This saves you the time of doing it once per box.
Marking Players as Paid from the Listing View
Below the Squares View, you'll find a directory listing of each owned box in your Contest.
Simply click on the Edit Button next to any player's name - or even the "Paid" or "Unpaid" button - to be given the same options as above, including the option to mark the squares as paid or unpaid. Additionally, you'll be able to mark all of that Player's squares as paid or unpaid at one time, if that player went ahead and paid for all of their boxes. This saves you the time of doing it once per box.
