Our current architecture allows for exactly one "owner" -- also known as the commissioner -- of every single contest on our site.
This means that while any single person can have access to an infinite number of contests they choose to create and manage, only one person can access the Settings page for a contest.
If your contest structure is such that you absolutely need assistance in managing various aspects of your contest(s), I would recommend that you simply share login credentials with your team of managers.
For example, suppose you are running a fundraiser for your little league baseball team. You've done all of the setup of the contest, but you want one or two of the other parents to assist with marking squares as paid as people pay for their entries. Rather than you be the one responsible to log in to the Settings for all 100 boxes that are sold, one by one, you can easily share the login username (or email) and password needed to access Settings. This way, either of the other two parents can also log into Settings and do things like mark squares paid.
