Depending on the email provider you use (ie AOL, Gmail, Microsoft, Comcast, etc) and your specific SPAM filter settings, it's possible that the email we send to help you reset your password isn't actually making it to your inbox.
Please check your SPAM folder, your Trash folder, and your "All Mail" folder to see if it landed in there.
If you still can't find your password reminder email from SBPS, simply create a support ticket from the email address in question and let us know you need a password reset, and we'll typically get back to you shortly with the new password to try.
Once in your account, you can reset the password yourself to whatever new password you like.
